LETSB purchased this building as its new headquarters and needed to get to renovations right away as the building was speaking 90’s theme! The Springfield team, JLL and LETSB worked together for about 6 months prior to finalizing areas and what phases would be done to coincide with fiscal year budget.

Phase 1 involved 2 offices and 2 entry points being addressed while Phase 2 encompassed a larger scope. Phase 2 included enclosed offices for management, 2 storage areas, a mother’s room, a library, and open office area. The open office area is particularly inviting due to the fact the client chose to include cornice rail for structural stability while allowing open space for natural lighting.
