This large-scale corporate interior buildout in Downtown Kansas City showcases the flexibility and performance of DIRTT’s modular construction solutions across seven floors. The project utilized a strategic combination of 2” Inspire stick-built walls alongside 4” glass and solid wall systems to balance transparency, privacy, and acoustic control throughout the space. Sliding barn and pivot doors were integrated to enhance both functionality and design continuity, supporting a modern, adaptable workplace environment. Acoustic performance was a key driver of the design, with glass wall assemblies achieving an STC rating of 38 and solid wall systems meeting an STC rating of 45, ensuring sound privacy without sacrificing aesthetics. In total, the project included 4,414 linear feet of DIRTT wall systems, demonstrating the efficiency, scalability, and precision that prefabricated construction can bring to complex, multi-floor corporate environments.
