Our Professional Development Program is a unique entry-level opportunity for recent graduates to learn about the commercial lighting industry and experience various roles within our family of companies before committing to a permanent position. PDP associates will spend their first year rotating through hands-on training assignments in areas like manufacturing, customer service, project management, quotations, lighting controls, and sales. This provides a broad perspective of the industry that will benefit the employee in whatever assignment they accept at the conclusion of the program.
